Jessica BenShay is a Florida Licensed Acupuncture Physician who graduated from the prestigious Atlantic Institute of Oriental Medicine. Jessica strives to provide high quality care with integrity. She sees the practitioner/patient relationship as a partnership. Viewing each patient as a whole and unique individual, rather than a collection of symptoms and problems to be fixed. She will listen to you, get to know you, and work with you to realize your treatment goals. Traditional Chinese Medicine is a holistic form of medicine that treats your mind and body, helping you achieve optimal health and wellness.

Jessica is one of few acupuncturists in the Fort Lauderdale area offering Mei Zen Cosmetic Acupuncture, which was recognized in O Magazine as a safe and effective alternative to plastic surgery and injections. Mei Zen Cosmetic Acupuncture focuses on the face or neck to erase fine lines and wrinkles, lift sagging skin, and promote collagen and elastin production to return a youthful, glowing complexion. Since it is based on Traditional Chinese Medicine, and treats imbalances from the inside, patients tend to see improvements in their general health, as well as their appearance.

Whether you are seeking relief from chronic pain or you want to maintain your health, acupuncture offers the opportunity to heal naturally and safely. Traditional Chinese Medicine treats a wide variety of health conditions including pain, migraines, digestive disorders, weight-loss, anxiety and stress related issues, and much more.
